Forms for Missouri County Clerks

1. Form 11 and 11A - The Aggregate Abstract has been revised and is now available to download as a Microsoft Excel file.  The file is password protected; however, data entry fields are not protected.  Click on the link below for the purpose of downloading the spreadsheet and save the file for future use.
